2. Sidekick Filter Module
A patented, slim-profile unit that installs beside roof drains or gutters. It uses a hydrophobic filter to capture fat-based oils exclusively, providing discreet protection with minimal intrusion.
3. Grease Collection Box
Built from durable, coated steel, this box blends into rooftop architecture. It is wind- and weather-resistant and only captures exhaust byproducts, not rainwater.
4. Multi‑Stage Filtration System
We offer a layered filtration approach (up to 5 stages) to trap grease particles of varying sizes. This system maximizes retention and minimizes carryover — ideal for high-volume cooking operations.
