Our exhaust hood cleaning process:

Clean rooftop fan.
Reducing the risk of restaurant fires doesn’t only involve cleaning your commercial kitchen hood. It’s equally important to clean the connecting duct work and fan. We will clean the fan on the roof and down the duct work (flu) before we move to cleaning the kitchen hood.
5.
Stainless shining.
After the pressure wash, our hood cleaning service will use spray bottle, stainless steel scrubbier, and rags to shine your restaurant kitchen hood. Sometimes getting up in the hood and ductwork (flu) with scrapers is needed.
7.
Post-Service Report
When all the work is done, our cleaners will leave your commercial kitchen with a sticker to let restaurant inspectors know that your restaurant hood has been professionally cleaned.
We also leave behind a detailed service report that includes our recommendations. Any rising concerns such as, hinge kits needing to be installed, new filters, rooftop grease containments. Which we do service.

Building a funnel.
Our team will build a funnel made of plastic that runs to a barrel to catch all of the water that we spray with our pressure washer. A very effective way of cleaning out all of the grease without making a big mess.

Heated pressure washer.
We will use a heated pressure washer with a mix of our degreaser and dawn to spray out the entire system.

Site cleanup and Mop up.
We are committed to leaving the kitchen in the exact same condition to arrival. We take away all of our plastic/garbage or cleaning debris. We also mop up the floor from any water or tracks from our team.
