Our technicians take before and after pictures of everything we clean. Those can be sent to you via email on request. Our technicians also leave behind a detailed service report that includes our recommendations.

Most restaurants and commercial kitchens are serviced on a quarterly basis. Any system with solid fuel for cooking will need to be serviced monthly. Kitchens with less build up like schools, churches , seasonal locations can be serviced once a year.

No, you can have a key for us to pick up before and we will leave it with invoice. You can also make us a key that we have safely monitored. You can also let our technician know how to let himself out if you prefer that method.

The cleaning does not include the filters unless specifically requested for an additional fee as that is normally the responsibility of the kitchen staff.

We use a big brute powder which is a biodegradable form of Sodium Hydroxide.

If we can get pictures of the hood(s) and fan(s) emailed to us with the name and address of the location we can start a quote for you. Other information we need is how many hoods ( and fans ) there are, how many stories is the building, and the location of the fan(s). Sometimes an onsite visit is needed but generally we can give a quote over the phone or via email with that information.

We clean the exhaust hood(s) in the kitchen, we clean the rooftop fan(s) sometimes they are side mount fans. We clean the flu(duct) that runs between the hood and the fan. All with before and after pictures of what we cleaned.
